Flexi slider in portfolio

I cannot get my images in a portfolio item to work like this

1) If I don’t add a main image, then the portfolio item doesn’t show in portfolio page
2) If I add a main image, then the script flexislider is automatically added in the code (view code shows this), so clicking on the button that adds a flexislider doubles the flexislider in the page
3) So I took out the [slider][/slider], but images appear next to the main image, in their own slider
4) Then I tried to take the image URL out, and it worked for a second, but only showing 2 images, (main image + first slide image) even though I added a 3rd image in slide
5) As I kept trying stuff, then it just died, I cannot get it to work again…
Also it creates the slider inside the description div, and on your website, I can see that it is outside of that div.

Please, how did you get it to work ?
I would like to give you great ratings on Theme Forest but I need to get it to work first!
