I am having 4 problems with the theme

Hello,

I am having 4 problems with this theme. One is minor However, I don’t understand why it is going on. The demo theme is not loading completely for me.

1)Cool boat media is failing to install. This is the only one failing when I import the file. However there is a second problem that has to come from importing.
2) None of the information like the icons at the very foot are showing up like in the demo no fb, pinterest, etc. Also directly above the footer in the demo there is a menu with about us, footer navigation, latest from our blog, contact info.
(The first 2 problems have been occuring before I installed the latest version)
3)I uploaded the new update 1.2. I removed all the old files before I did this I wanted to see if the update would take care of the other 2 problems I am having but it did not.
4) The 420 icons are not there. They show under the element tab in the preview of the demo on themeforest but I can’t find it when I uploaded theme.

The problem is the slider in this update is off center. it didn’t upload like this in the previous versions.
