Slider titles

    I am trying to create an slider, I have used the buttons to add the slider shortcode:

    [slider][slide link="" title="COUPLINGS GLOBAL SERVICE"]http://localhost/coupling/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/slider1.jpg[/slide][slide link="" title="COUPLINGS GLOBAL SERVICE"]image url[/slide]

    I only get the img but no the titles in blue
