Break in Tab Border

I’ve set up a couple of tabs on our site, and on any secondary tab areas the side border is disconnected and the content jumps down for about a line of space compared to the first tab. I didn’t add any breaks into the code, and in comparing it to the code on the Aqua Elements sample page it seems right. Can you take a look at the two tabs and let me know if you see anything to add or remove?
