How to give access to rev slider options/settings for WordPress “Editors”

I have website that works fine and everything but I recently added new user which is “Editor” because I want to limit his access to plugins, themes etc. However, he can add new posts, edit them etc but he doesn’t have access to Rev Slider.

The question is how can I give WordPress Editor access to only Revolution Slider instead of giving full access to plugins and themes?
