Styling the Post Carousel

Hi,

I have 2 questions related to the post carousal found here: http://smartjewelryshopper.com/ODBG/carat/weight-vs-cut/

1) Is there anyway to standardize the size of the thumbnail that is shown? On different posts, I have different sizes of featured images. This is causing a problem and alignment aesthetics with the carousal.

2) Even with firebug, I am having problems identifying the lines in css to change the font size in the carousal.
For example, how do i reduce the font size of the titles? [ Tom Fletcher’s Innovative Wedding "Speech" ]
