Widget Category Rollover Class

Hi,

I’m using this in my sidebar widgets to get the special category animated rollovers.

My question is; Where in the CSS is this definition as I need to either duplicate it or change the background rollover to blue, ideally I would like the animation to be reversed, eg shows the blur box first with white writing then on rollover it disapears.

Any help would be appreciated
