Page template used for services?

Hello,

I am using the Services section as a way to showcase different conferences my client has. I would like to style the page template for services to something like this:

I am just not sure what page template affects the individual services?

Then I tried to just copy and paste the code I have set for the layout I like into that services and now the old feature image keeps popping up top of the page? How do I remove it?
