Remove hidden header

Hi, is there an easy way to remove/hide the hidden header container and the toggle button container completely (temporarily)? I want to try out moving the logo/menu area upwards, as there is a lot of white space there. On mobile devices this space is even more valuable. This doesn´t seem to be just a css change.
