Shortcode parameters list for Portfolio

Where can I find a list of all the parameters I can use within the portfolio shortcodes?

I want to have different portfolio categories show by using three different portfolio shortcodes.

Using the shortcode button only gives the basic portfolio carousel with 10 items ordered randomly. I’d like to have them show category X and the category Y in the next row.

Can I even use multiple portfolio carousels on a single page?
