Pictures in the Person Shortcode shortcode

Hi Guys, I’ve read the documentation and I’ve read your email response earlier, but I can’t for the life of me get pictures to get inserted into the Person Shortcode.

Here’s what I’m looking at:
[column width="four" position="first" ][person name="John Doe" picture_url="" title="Manager" description="Description" twitter="" facebook="" googleplus="" linkedin="" pinterest=""][/person][/column]

And I input a picture from media into the picture url “” . I select an image, do insert to post, and it’s still the grey background picture. I’ve got everything else figured out this is the last part I’m stuck at????
