Please update your jQuery Version to min. 1.7

Dear blueowlcreative,
how am I supposed to upgrade the jQuery for Revolution Slider Plugin? I get this big error message when trying to use the plugin:

The Current Version of jQuery:1,6,4 Please update your jQuery Version to min. 1.7 in Case you wish to use the Revolution Slider Plugin

Can the jquery file be overwritten with the new 1.9 one? And besides, where is it located?
