Icons not showing up and sub header issue

I’m trying to change the icons on the services page (featured services section) and they will not show up. I tried it several different ways (from what I read in other questions on your support forum) and nothing works.

Second problem: In the demo, it shows a sub header grey-ish background which does not appear in my theme when loaded. for example: http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/terra/blue/about-us/ The section that says “About Us”
