Editing upper information blog and change the language of months

Hi there,

I would like to change some information that is given with every blog post. Above every post stands the text: ”26/04/2013 | By Anja | 1 comment | Uncategorized”. I would like it to be only the first 2 things (date and name).

Is that possible?

and in the sidebar I use the archives widget for blog posts. How do i change the language of the months?
