Change “single-portfolio” so i can have text under the picture

Hello! We have a lot of text on our portfolio projects. The layout with a small text-column doesn’t really fit. Is it possible to change the template? Maybe it could be like the “full-width template”..

And I don’t really know PHP but I have a some understanding of coding (html, css).

What I want is to have the text under the picture i guess.
