Mobile Site Displaying Code

Our website’s mobile site displays code on all the pages that have the shortcodes on it. If we switch to view the full site on the phone it looks perfect and exactly what we want our customers to see. Is there a way to have it default to show the full site on the phone since it’s a perfectly responsive site and looks great that way?
