Revolution Slider

Hello. I am having a problem with the Rev Slider. I installed the theme and slider on my server to test and everything functioned as it should. I installed the same theme and slider on my clients server and the Rev Slider’s admin options do not even appear. All that I get is a blank screen on the rev slider tab in the admin panel. It also breaks the front end.

I have contacted slider revolutions team and they said that they cannot provide support since it came prepackaged with your theme. Here is the URL: https://www.docketnavigator.com/home/

The programmer that is part of the team said its an issue with the rev slider but since I’m not having that same issue on my server, I think it is a problem with his installation of wordpress.

Any thoughts?
