Javascript & HTML Page Embed

Hi,

We need to embed forms into our pages so as to import the data directly into our CRM, but whatever we try (Javascript snippet, HTML, unformatted HTML) nothing works. The header, page wrapper & footer load, but the content does not. Here is a sample of the Javascript snippet:

Is there a conflict with the theme to be aware of? We tried to get answers from the CRM’s tech team to no avail.
