Beginners Help Please!

Greetings from Ireland! I am working with Aqua template. I downloaded it successfully and uploaded the demo data and have been working on the website for a while now, changing colours, adding text and photos and new pages. I have realised that I shouldn’t have deleted some of the demo data. If wanted to say just restore the home page and portfolio page which of the attachments do I use to do that? I don’t understand what is in each of them and the difference between them. Sorry for being so basic! I hope someone can help me please.. thank you very much.
