Portfolio category landingpage

Is it possible tot give each portfolio category it’s own landing page?

So when I click on a filter button on the portfolio page it is a link that goes tot the separate category landing page instead of showing the filtered portfolio items on the same page/URL.

This would be awesome (especially for SEO) ;;)
