Contact Map issue

From the link above I assume you stick the map in the contact.php. This is the only way I see for it to go above the page and sidebar as on http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/terra/blue/contact-us/

My question is with responsive design, how to you set that? On http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/terra/blue/contact-us/, the map resizes with window resize.
