Sidebar position

Is it possible to change the sidebar so that its positioned below the main menu, rather than below the breadcrumbs/page title?

If you see http://hatcherycentral.com/about-us/ I’ve adjusted the width of the breadcrumbs/page title. But i’m not having much luck in shifting the sidebar up, ‘vertical-align: top’ doesn’t seem to do it. If i adjust the margin-top, it works on pages with breadcrumbs/page title, but then on pages with no breadcrumbs/page title (ie home page) then the sidebar comes to high.

This is my last major issue before i can launch the site!!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
