Aqua custom bar disappeared in wordpress 3.9

Hi there,
I installed wordpress on my webspace and I run a backup of database for a custom web site that I began to build in local on my pc. Then I update wordpress to 3.9 version. Now your Aqua custom bar in the page/post editor to put shortcode is disappeared!

I don’t sure if is for the update or not.

You have already encountered this problem with version 3.9?

I can do something to turn it back on the custom bar?
