Featured Services Order

I tried to change the order of the featured services in the carousel by adding an order Number in each service entry. Nothing changed.I cleared the cache, etc and still nothing changed. I could change the order to either ascending or descending, depending on the “order” attribute.

Here’s the code I have now.
