Portfolio carousel Items

Hi,

I would like to know how to add portfolio items to the portfolio carousel, I only see this code:

[portfolio_carousel limit="2" order_by="rand"][/portfolio_carousel]

Or if there is any documentation kindly share. I do not see it in the zip package.
