How to make a blog list page?

I really want to create a page like the example, http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/aqua/blog/ . A preview list of all your blog posts.

Here is my page, some how all the posts are listed fully on this page. (I mean full content showing up, example only shows part of the content and a image which is ideally what i want.)
