Issue with logo size in browsers other than Chrome

Hi, my website is working perfectly (thankyou!) in chrome, however when you look at the site in IE the transparent logo at the top of the page is coming up too big and is cut off (although the main logo once scrolling down is fine). I have also had issues of the logo not being displayed in Safari.

Any suggestions?
