Does theme have a built in modal (popup) feature?

I am creating a team page and I want to make it so people can click on the image of the team member and a modal window pops up on click and has their bio instead of going to another page. Is this possible?

If so, how do I do it?

Also, if it’s possible, am I able to use Visual Composer within the modal window? This is what I want to pop up to look like once the image is clicked: http://www.screencast.com/t/NXGUu6LhveP
