Transparent Menu Issues With Mobile & Blog

I have the transparent menu set and it is fine throughout the site, however, when I reduce the width of the site to tablet and mobile size, the navigation area turns white which then hides the white logo and white menu items.

The same thing occurs on the blog, even in standard view (http://fladvisors.wpengine.com/resources/).

How do I keep the navigation bar and transparent coloring the same throughout the site so the blog and the responsive nav have the same appearance as all the other pages?
