Make logo wider

Hello,

I was wondering how to make my logo wider? As you can see in the transparent version, it cuts off.

Also, I want to change the background color of the active hover item in the dropdown menu to orange. Can you point me to the correct line on CSS?

Finally, the retina logos are not activating. I’ve uploaded them to exactly double the size, but it’s just showing the regular logos.
