Hide Spacing on Mobile and Sticky Mobile Nav

Hello,

I searched and could not find info on hiding spacing on mobile devices.

I have added a spacing in VC of 260px above my header to get it more centered but on mobile it pushes the headers content way too far down. All I need to know is how to hide a particular VC element on mobile basically.

I would also like to know How to make my Nav Bar stick to the top on mobile devices.
