hide "Comments are off" statement in a blog post

Hi!

I have disabled comments on my blog posts.
I can still see in that thin text line above the blog post saying “Comments are Off”.
for example: http://www.andriusknispelis.com/?p=22178

How do i get rid of this “Comments are Off”?
