Updating site to v1.3

I updated my theme from the newest download on theme forest but it is still saying that it is version 1.11 and it didn’t update visual composer (which is still 4.7.4) or revolution slider (which is still 5.0.6). How do I get the newest files to update to version 1.3 of the theme?

Are the files not on themeforest? Do I need to download them somewhere else? I only bought the theme 2 months ago.
