Add Background Pattern to Row

Hello,

I’m trying to add a seamless background pattern to a row, but the image is showing up as stretched across the whole roll (the image is 198px x 198px).

I have the following settings set in the row:
Background Style: Image/Parallax
Parallax Style: Simple background image
Background Image Repeat: Repeat
Background Image Size: Initial
Background Override: Default

Please advise.
