Header Multi-Dotted colour issue

Hey There,

Sorry that i’m asking for help again!

I’ve got a problem with the Multi-Dotted background.
It works perfectly on a white page, but when I apply the same header on a black page, a white box appears and no dots.

I think I found the issue that on the white page a white background covers the text area from dots, but it does the same on the black page.
I tried to change the background colour to black, but that shifts the problem to the white pages. But the dots are black so I need to be able to change them to white separately on each section.
