Mobile responsive

Hi, I’m wondering if someone can help. I have a website that works well in desktop format but looks terrible on Mobile.

Text seems to have big padding either side causing it to be knocked off centre and theres loads of padding when using the accordion tabs too.

As I’m not a novice web developer, I would appreciate some help in simple terms. If I need to add code, do I add it for each page within the ‘text view’ or somewhere else?
