Video Background Issue in IE

Note: I am putting this in a new thread because the previous one was marked Solved.

I am having an issue with video backgrounds in IE. The Z-index of the youtube background is on top of the content.

I just checked The Fortuna video page demo and the same issue is present:

Tested on multiple machines running IE and Windows 7 with all updates.

Any ideas?
