Contact page not sending email

Hello, I have recently discovered that the contact page is not sending the forms to my email address. This seems to have stopped working two weeks ago (last time I received an email from the form)

I have checked the email address and it works. When I test the form online it shows that the information is submitted correctly (confirmation message) but the email is not being delivererd. Help please 8 )
