Portfolio item template

Hello I would like to change portfolio item from this style to that style. But even when I copy full content code from “Cool Portfolio Item” to a new portfolio item the image does not have full width. I was thinking that maybe post template would help me there but it says “This theme has no available custom post templates.”

So please how do I do that?
