customize Fortuna with hamburger menu

Hi,
I was wonder if it’s possible to customize the theme to have a hamburger menu. if so, would it be asking too much for you to supply code. the menu would be extensive – several tabs and sub tabs. Logo needs to be centered, hamburger menu placed either the right or left, what do you recommend? here is the dev. site.
