WP bakery page builder not working

Hi,
Am working with fortuna theme working with Godaddy running the 5.0.1 version of wordpress.
I can figure out that WPB page builder is not visible and working, Dont know how to edit elements and really confusing.

I couldnt able to edit or do any changes in the existing template page/adding the new page elements of the theme.

Can you help on what to do with this?
