Contact Form Configuration Error in Demo Content

Hi,

I installed the demo content of Fortuna and have 1 configuration error in the “Form” tab and 2 errors in the “Mail” tab.

This is the Form tab:

and in the Mail tab I have the following input where failures appear:

From: [name]
Subject: [subject]
