502 Bad Gateway occured when importing demo data

Hello,

I have tried to import demo data using tool>import and have already checked troubleshooting and changed max_execution_time,memory_limit parameters but it didn’t help(502 error).

My server is AWS EC2 t2.medium.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

You should ask your hosting what this error means and for them to check the logs.
Most likely they are limiting your server on a lower level, ask them to assist you with the Demo import and temporarily raise your limits.

I am admin and have already increased several parameters followed by the advice in http://blueowlcreative.com/docs/fortuna/#installation3.
But still the error occured.
Which log file should I check?

I use EC2, centos, nginx, php7, WordPress5.3.2.

wp-config.log:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’,'/tmp/wp-errors.log’);
set_time_limit(180);
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’512M’);

php.ini:
max_execution_time = 360
memory_limit = 512M

I see, are you using a shared hosting?
If yes then chances are the limitations are available on a lower level and you cannot change them in the code (they are on the apache level). Contact your hosting and kindly ask them to assist you with this.
