Fortuna Theme questions:

1. How can I add a color for the “active page”, I ve tried the followings and aren´t working:
.current_page_item {
color: #0ad1e5;
}

#menu > ul > li.current_page_item > a {
color: #0ad1e5;
}

2. How can I remove the footer divider. As I would like to have it one block!?
3. As I would like to have “comments off”, I have tried this .post_meta span.comments {
display: none;
}
, it worked, but all of a sudden is not working any longer.

2. What do you mean by footer devider?

3. You want to globally disable the Comments in the Blog or you want to hide the “2 Comments” label etc.? There are plugins you can use to do it:
