Hi there,
Try using single quotes for all attributes of your Accordion shortcode so they don’t collide with the once from the Person shortcode. Then make sure you replace this:

'.$description.'

in your includes/shortcodes.php file with this:

'.do_shortcode_boc($description).'

Me:
I replaced the code however, not sure I understood correctly is this correct? description=”[accordion title=’Short Bio’ is_open=’no’] text [accordion]”

Ok, I am in.

PLease let me know once you set your FTP though, the file manager is not good for editing files… Is there also any Cache involved on your server setup?

I’d rather not mess around with your server settings there. Please provide an FTP account for me if you want me to further check this for you. Not sure if it will work, just want to make sure…

This is what I get:

The server rejected SFTP connection, but it listens for FTP connections.
Did you want to use FTP protocol instead of SFTP? Prefer using encryption.

Anyway, I tested locally and here’s what works and you can do:

Modify your function shortcode_person in includes/shortcodes.php, replace this:

'.$description.'

with this:

'.do_shortcode_boc($description).' '.do_shortcode_boc($content).'

Then pass the accordion within the person shortcode like so:

[person name="John Doe" picture_url="" title="Manager" description="xxx" circled="yes" twitter="" facebook="" googleplus="" linkedin="" pinterest=""][accordion title='' is_open='no']bla bla bla[/accordion][/person]
