Also, does the theme have an option to upload a different logo for the sticky header? I have a different logo I would like to use for it that will fit it better.

Adding padding to the header is not the best way to go, as the main menu would not go full height on it. I would add a bit of padding to the image file.
If you really want to add padding to the header though you could do this:

#header .rel_pos > .container {
padding: 12px 0;
}

As for the sticky header – no, no such option out of the box, you could overwrite your header.php file in your child theme and set it up there if you need to. :)
