I want to have tabs in both a horizontal and vertical style on different pages. I’ve tried several plugins to add the vertical capability, but they all break the horizontal tabs that came built in to Aqua.

By default Aqua doesn’t come with vertical tabs, only the accordions. What is your URL, I could take a look at what is breaking and possibly help you troubleshoot the incompatibility with your plugin. :)
