I have created a simple page with pricing tables and other items, now I’ve tried to set up a full width background image but it doesn’t display at all.

As u can see no image background at all.

Have you changed your Page Wrapper Style to be Boxed for this particular page? You have a global setting for this under Theme Options and a Fortuna Page Setting that allows to overwrite this on a per page basis. :)
