May I please see your URL, you must be getting some sort of error. If you switch on Debug mode you will see what it is – it’s in your wp-config.php file, set it to true temporarily so you see the error, then let me know:

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

If you supply me with temp FTP access to your installation I could also take a look for you. (make sure you use Private Reply). :)

I got to your Customize screen by removing the extra params in the URL – instead of

http://www.networkpacificstratamanagement.com.au/dev/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fdev%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php

for example, go straight to:

http://www.networkpacificstratamanagement.com.au/dev/wp-admin/customize.php

Then managed to save your Custom color, you can check and change it yourself now.
The above is not a theme related issue, the same happens when you activate one of the default WP themes, it has something to do with your server routing settings at your hosting, I would write them an email about the issue and they will surely help you with that.
I also updated your theme to Fortuna 1.01, let me know if I can futher help you with anything! :)
