When I go into the editor the shortcodes and everything is there. All other pages are working fine except the about us pages. Please let me know how I can fix this or anything I can check. Thanks!

You probably get a JS error of some sort, that breaks the JS animations of content fading in, use your JS console in the browser to see the issue, most probably you have a wrong image source set somewhere. :)
